DOT / FMCSA Clearinghouse
365 EasyScreen is a registered C/TPA performing permitted service-agent and Clearinghouse functions on behalf of DOT-regulated employers. Even when we perform these functions, the employer remains ultimately responsible for compliance with 49 CFR Part 40 and Part 382, and for decisions made based on program results.
OSHA
365 EasyScreen is not an OSHA compliance mechanism. References to workplace safety on this site describe the role our testing services can play in supporting a safer workplace, not certification or guarantee of OSHA compliance.
Occupational Health Services
Physical examinations, TB tests, vaccinations, respirator fit testing, and other occupational health services offered through our network are administrative, employer-requested services. They do not create a doctor-patient relationship with 365 EasyScreen and are not a substitute for regular medical care. Any medical findings should be discussed with a qualified physician.
Test Results
Rapid negative results are typically available in minutes; all non-negative results are sent to a certified laboratory and reviewed by an independent Medical Review Officer (MRO) before being reported. Test results are not a medical diagnosis and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician.
State Law Variation
Marijuana and other substance laws vary by state and do not override federal testing requirements for safety-sensitive positions. Employers should review applicable state requirements with their own legal counsel.
No Guarantee of Employment
Completing a test or occupational health screen, or receiving a negative result, does not guarantee an offer of employment or continued employment. Hiring and employment decisions are made solely by the employer.
Background Checks (Add-On Service)
If you order background checks or motor vehicle records through our sister brand, 365backgroundchecks.com, those services are subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and 365backgroundchecks.com's own Regulatory Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use, which govern permissible purpose, disclosure and authorization, and adverse action requirements for that service.
