Terms of Use

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the 365easyscreen.com website and the services described on it (collectively, the “Services”), provided by 365Backgroundchecks, LLC, doing business as 365 EasyScreen (“365 EasyScreen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or Services. Use of our Services by an employer client is also governed by the applicable signed service agreement between that client and 365 EasyScreen; in the event of a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. If you are using this site or our Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on that entity's behalf and to bind it to these Terms.

Nature of Our Services

365 EasyScreen provides drug and alcohol testing, occupational health, and DOT compliance support services to employers through the Abbott eScreen network. Our role is to make compliance easier; we do not replace an employer's obligation to manage its own program. Employers remain responsible for their overall drug and alcohol testing policy, applicable federal, state, and local law, and any decisions made based on testing results.

No Medical or Legal Advice

Nothing on this site or in our Services constitutes medical or legal advice. Employers should consult qualified legal counsel regarding their testing policies and obligations, and any medical questions about a test result should be directed to the reviewing Medical Review Officer or a qualified physician.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, the client portal, or any donor/employee records.
  • Scrape, crawl, or reproduce site content without our prior written consent.
  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the site.

Client Portal & Credential Security

If you are issued login credentials to our client portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share credentials between users. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
